    • L.Plantarum is one the most formal Lactic Acid Bacteria found in Kimchi at their optimum fermentation.
    • L.Plantarum K8 is the best strain chosen from the ‘Plantarum’ group. K-LAC is the killed cell of L.plantarum K8.
    • L.Plantarum K8 has a special cellular wall components which is called the ‘LTA’.
